Moncurs was fantastic! Had to bring in my work van, Got to interact with the Owner Kerry, very polite and thorough with his explanations of the process. Prices were more than fair. My Van was finished within a full day even with some of my repairs being more challenging. No complaints at all

Moncur Automotive is awesome! My car’s alternator went totally out while in the middle of driving. When I towed it to Moncur Automotive, Kerry told me that he had a few cars ahead of me and probably wouldn’t be able to get it done until Monday. He had it done the next day at 10am. It was not an easy job for him and yet he got it done so we could go to work the next day. His work is always very well done and you won’t find a more honest mechanic. I would recommend him to anyone.

Moncur's was great! A/C went out on my car so I decided to take it to AAA to get diagnosed. They told me since the leak was so small that in order to find it, they wanted to charge me $450 to re-charge my A/C system up with refrigerant & dye, and then come back when the system was empty again so they could find the leak and diagnose what needed to be repaired/replaced. Then they were going to charge me that same price for refrigerant, AGAIN, on top the cost to fix the leak. Seriously? Moncur's found the leak by pressurizing the system overnight with dye and replaced the leaking condenser quickly. Had my car back to me working again within 2 business days and a 2 year parts,service, and labor warrenty. Excellent customer service also. Take you vehicle here to this trusted family business and not AAA. Thank you Moncur's!

He took our car to Moncur's Automotive to have it looked at. Kerry helped him out and told him that that there was absolutely nothing wrong with our car, and then would not accept any payment for a diagnostic fee. We're thrilled to have found an honest, reliable mechanic in the East Valley. If you need auto repair in Mesa, definitely give Moncur's Automotive a call!

I recently brought these lovely folks a 2014 Ford Focus Titanium for some leaking oil and other issues. The repairs were handled professionally and with care.
