Firstly, I would like to say I'm extremely glad I stumbled upon this business! I was looking for a reliable place to get an inspection and the 40k service done on my Alfa Romeo Giulia. Right off the bat, the moment I walked in, I knew my car was in safe hands. Beautiful people and an honest family business that I would urge more people to support. From finding me a timeslot that worked best for me to accommodating me so quickly, Kerry was incredibly knowledgeable and transparent throughout the process. Servicing an Alfa is something that hits the wallet hard, but after their inspection, they were honest about what actually needed to be changed at the moment, without pushing unnecessary services. The quoting process is amazing! They send you a detailed breakdown via text, where you can see every single charge and approve it individually. No hidden charges or surprise fees. You pay what you see. To top it all off, my car was ready the very same day, within just a few hours, which made the whole experience incredibly convenient for me. I can't express enough how much I appreciate this experience. Look no further and give them a chance. They did a lovely job on my Alfa, and it's back to running like a beast. Thank you again, guys! I'll definitely be coming back in the future for any issues.

Wish there was a shop like this in Tucson. My CRV broke down at Gold Ranch Resort just as I pulled in. Power steering that had been installed in Flagstaff last December quit. When I called Moncur's Automotive they readily told me to have it towed in and they would diagnose the problem and fix it. That's just what they did the same day. Excellent communication all the way. Very Professional. Just what everyone wants in a care care professional. Thank you again.
